With a history of over twenty years from the first representation of Romania on the streets of New York, the Romania Day On Broadway Festival represents the most important Romanian Cultural Event in the US. The Festival aims to give global citizens the opportunity of experiencing the Romanian culture through its traditions, music, art, celebrities and various other original Romanian representations. Throughout the years an impressive number of artists, celebrities, politicians and Romanian manufacturers represented Romania on one of the most important streets in New York – Broadway. Hundreds of thousands of individuals have had the opportunity of meeting Romania for the first time or remembering the particularities of their native country at arms reach. We will continue to promote Romania and present its culture and traditions to our most important allies – the US!

“ENI blend improvisational jazz and oriental folklore into a unique, irresistible vibe to end the torpor of all winters” says Dorian Branea, Musical Director at the Romanian Cultural Institute in New York, where ENI where invited to debut the 2023 string of jazz and fusion concerts to complement RCINY’s flagship of classical music program, ”The Enescu Soirees of New York”.

ENI Opened the Jazz & Fusion jamboree on February 3rd at the Romanian Cultural Institute in New York with an irresistible blend of improvisational jazz and oriental folklore. The was first event of the new series, co-curated by Dan Purcea, which is devoted to contemporary forms of musical creativity and presenting jazz and fusion concerts throughout the year that bring together amazing talent from both sides of the Atlantic on the same stage.
